Week one of my 6-month plan is nearly complete, and I’m starting to see promising results from combining the RP Diet app with my CrossFit training. My focus this month is rebuilding my movement foundation and addressing mobility issues, especially around my left hip. As I work on my weaknesses like double-unders and bar muscle-ups, I’m also fine-tuning my nutrition and maintaining steady blood sugar levels. With consistent effort and a disciplined approach, I’m excited to see where this journey leads.
