After the 3 month programme and its positive results I am now breaking into smaller 1 month plans for strength to see what incremental and progressive increase we can achieve along with making sure there is a protocol for cardio integrated 3 times weekly along with 3 wods at crossfit. 

Marchs strength training is using the 5,3,1 method over 4 weeks and simply focusing on my deadlift, back squat and strict press with the goal of increasing my approx 5% over the coming month. My baseline on cardio is 250m over 1 minute for row as at the moment I am working more on sprint training.

My scales are showing 87kg at 20% BF at the moment which isnt a big issue as I am going to tweak my diet with the goal of coming down to approx 15 to 18% BF over the month. I am trying to not focus too much on the weight and BF but more so the strength and cardio increases and my ability to stick to the plans during 2025 , I know progressively over time things will change as consistency comes.

FInally, having my bloods this week so I will have information on how bloods and internals are with my Diabetes. Looking forward to that information.
