MY MISSION
As a Type 1 Diabetic of nearly 4 decades (40 years) since 5 years old, I have experienced everything that Diabetes has to throw at you. I made many mistakes throughout my life and I am here to share my knowledge and experience of living with the condition to help help fellow Diabetics, friends and their families to lessen any negative impact on their lives.
I have compiled and written a series of short eBooks on Diabetes in a simple, easy-to-understand way so anyone can take away and implement the changes in their lives. I cover topics such as the basics, newly diagnosed, terminology, food, fitness, competitive sports, what can go wrong and much more.
The Mission
To help 1 million Diabetics (and more) live in harmony!

Why listen to me?
Through my time as a Diabetic I have been severely overweight, suffered from addictions, and managed to completely change my life to become one of the world fittest Diabetics finishing 19th (2022) and 13th (2023) in the world in the CrossFit Open competitions. To add to that, I have lost 80% of my sight because of Diabetes, I am blind in one eye, lost most of my left vision , and have suffered depression and many other mental health issues. Having Diabetes is life for me and I do everything in my power to live with it in harmony.
